Cancellation & Refund Policy

INVEST4EDU PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations shall only be entertained if requested promptly following the placement of an order. Refunds will be facilitated contingent upon the demonstration of genuine reasons, substantiated thorough investigation.

• Refunds for payments processed through payment gateway channels shall be credited to the same account. The processing period for refunds to reach the end customer shall span 9-15 days.
